What we collect

We only collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address, your child’s age or a nickname you choose, and the specific programme or service you’re interested in.

Why we collect it

We use your details to send you the Genius Roadmap, share personalised assessment results, schedule curiosity sessions, or process programme enrollments. Nothing else.

How we protect it

Your data is stored on our own secure server, in a database that only Elzayo administrators can access. We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see what data we hold, update it, or delete it completely. Just email info@elzayo.co.za. We’ll respond within 48 hours.

Children’s data

We comply with COPPA and South Africa’s POPIA. We never collect a child’s real name or identifiable details without verified parental consent. Any nickname or age you provide is treated as your data, not the child’s.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to remember your dark mode preference and whether you’ve dismissed the announcement bar. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies.
